The Waukesha North Youth Football Program exists to develop young athletes both on and off the field.

Our mission is simple: build strong players, strong teammates, and strong young leaders.

We believe football is one of the greatest teachers of discipline, perseverance, and teamwork. Through structured coaching and positive mentorship, we help players grow into confident young adults who represent their school and community with pride.

Player Safety & Coaching Standards

Our coaching staff is committed to providing a safe, positive, and development-focused environment for every player in the Waukesha North Youth Football program. All coaches are required to earn their USA Football Coaching Certification and successfully complete a background check before working with our athletes. These standards help ensure that players are learning the game from trained mentors while participating in a program that prioritizes player safety, character development, and a supportive team culture.

The board is responsible for program planning, fundraising, equipment management, scheduling, and supporting our coaches throughout the season.
